You broke up with your boyfriend and now you realize you've let the man of your dreams go. You want him back by now? Resist the urge to do some outrageous stunt or throw yourself at his mercy just to get his attention. You simply need to do two things to make him remember that he loves you and that he can have what you both have again.

1. Don't throw yourself at him. Sure, you have to communicate with him to help him remember you exist, but not very often. However, constantly texting him or showing up at his house will not help your cause. Most men run when they feel cornered or pursued. But, contact once a month is just enough to remind him of his feelings for you without giving him the impression you're in hot pursuit. If it turns out he really doesn't have feelings for you, it will be much less humiliating too.

2. Show him that you're a fun person who enjoys life with or without him. Go out with friends and try out new things. Do some of the things your ex had always wanted you to do with him. Just don't get into any kind of committed relationship while you wait, as this may permanently turn your ex away.

Experience life; go out and do things. Learn something new, perhaps a new hobby. Sign up for a course at your local college. What things would you like to do but never did? Now is the perfect time to do those things. Sure, you want to show your ex you're enjoying life -- don't just act the part...be the part -- enjoy life! If you happen to cross paths with your ex, he's sure to notice how different (better, happier) you are.
